Staff Attorney for Civil Legal Program at Underground Railroad, Inc.

Job Type: Legal Services

Seeking an Attorney who is organized and self-motivated to staff the Civil Legal Program at Underground Railroad, Inc., a Saginaw county non-profit organization serving domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. Will represent homeless survivors in civil legal cases, including family law (divorce, custody, PPO), public benefits and other matters. Strong communication and writing skills required. Family law experience and an understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits.
