MichiganLegalAid.org is pleased to offer a selection of Michigan court forms which have been automated using HotDocs® technology kindly donated by LexisNexis®.
This technology allows users to complete court forms by responding to a series of online queries and prompts, then print them out and file in the appropriate court as needed.
Instructions: To access specific forms, which are grouped according to how they are used, click on the appropriate item in the list below. You will then be prompted to either register for a confidential account, which is necessary if you want to be able to save incomplete forms and return later to finish them, or to go directly to the form you want to fill out. Please make sure you are using Internet Explorer when completing the forms - at this time other browsers will not work with Hot Docs® properly.
